Imagine driving through the game park on a cool afternoon, the sun is out and you are moving slowly past a herd of Ugandan kobs, giant forest hogs, leopards and lions and warthogs and so many others. Just when you think you have seen it all, you take a long amazing boat ride on the Kazinga Channel. Seeing animals on land is one thing but seeing them waddling in the water is breathtaking. You will see nile crocodiles, hippos, elephants, buffalo, storks, pelicans, bee-eaters, weaverbirds, various antelope species, and even possibly, a nile monitor lizard. With all this going on, it’s hard not to hear the unique sound of the various bird species in the forests nearby.
