Your trip to Uganda can not possibly be complete without the full gorilla tracking experience in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. If you are looking for a challenge, you have found it. You are required to be physically fit since it’s an extreme activity that involves a lot of hiking.

3 Days Uganda Gorilla Safari Details

Day 1: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

We will pick you up in the morning and depart for South Western Uganda where the park is located. It’s a long journey and we shall stop at several interesting sights such as Igongo Culture Centre in Mbarara. We will get to Bwindi in the evening, check into the lodge, have dinner and rest in preparation for the activity the next day.

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi

The team should be done with breakfast and assembled at the starting point in the Bwindi forest for a briefing at 7.45 am. The trek starts thereafter at 8.30 am. The trek can take anywhere from 3 to 8 hours. We would have to ensure that we are back to the starting point before 18:00.

Day 3: Back to Kampala

After breakfast, we will start our journey back to Kampala making stops on the way for lunch, interesting sights and to pick up souvenirs.
